Small Moonscape Planter on Speckled Clay, 3.5 in / 19 cm Wide

Planter on Speckled Clay

3.5 x 3.5 inches (tall x wide),
19 x 19 cm (tall x wide)

This piece was thrown by me on a pottery wheel using a speckled clay. Layers of "Moonscape" glaze are applied by hand, and then a final firing to over 2,100 degrees F (1,090 C).  

This piece comes with the drip plate shown and there is a drainage hole in the bottom of the planter.
