Circle Cup - Speckled Clay, 12 ounce/ 400 ml

12 ounce / 400 ml

 4 x 3.25 inches (tall x wide),

10.5 x 8 cm (tall x wide)

This piece was thrown by me on a pottery wheel using a speckled clay.  After the initial bisque firing, I apply a pattern with thin detailing tape by hand over many hours. Layers of a white glaze are applied by hand, the tape removed, another round of cleanup, and then the final firing to over 2,000 degrees F (1,090 C).  

This vessel is water tight, food and dishwasher safe.
